Your Role:

As a Client Success Manager at MouseTrap.co, your primary goal will be to ensure the ongoing satisfaction and success of our clients, focusing on retention and identifying opportunities for upselling our back-end products. You will serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding them through their digital marketing journey with MouseTrap.co. By understanding their business goals, you will tailor strategies to maximize their success, foster long-term relationships, and drive revenue growth through strategic upsells.

Requirements:
